The last one was best. By far. As for the first, the only point it makes is that the liberal cartoonist doesn't like any of the Republicans running. They'd do the same sort of thing regardless of which names with (R) after them were in the campaign at this point.
The worst mistake, though, of it was including Ron Paul. He's not even a serious candidate. Just a clown along for the ride.
Shaw: #5 is my favorite and #s 1 and 4 are tied for 2nd fave.
Leticia: Being able to laugh at jokes which critique our side is what it's all about. If a joke about liberals/Dems is funny, I'm definitely going to laugh.
dmarks: I agree with you about #5. In regards to what you said about the first one, how do you know the cartoonist is a liberal? Although the cartoonist (R.J. Matson) could be a liberal, his work doesn't just poke fun at conservatives.
Also, I've heard conservatives/Republicans such as Joe Scarborough and David Frum express dismay with the GOP nominees running for POTUS. The point the cartoon makes is how far the Republican party has fallen since the days of Lincoln.

The first and the last are the best! LOL! Love them!
Okay, even as a Conservative Republican, I can laugh at those cartoons and NOT get offended. It was good clean humor.
Hope you had a great weekend, Malcolm.
